




Heart of Vegas is a free to play online social slots game from Product Madness. I, along with one other designer, was tasked with redesigning the core identity and realising the mobile version of the game.

The app was conceived as a more modern, atmospheric and classier version of the Facebook game. I often described it as Heart of Vegas “Nights”.





It was important to define clear visual language between the core game screens, functional systems and propulsive positive experiences.



The app was information and content rich and a lot of the UI work involved very focused layout tasks and iteration to make the most of the limited space of mobile devices.

Icon work was a balance of controlled detail density and sharpness. We wanted strong materials and a limited colour palette.

I worked on Heart of Vegas over the course of several years. Designs needed to be flexible, adaptable and well planned to accommodate an ever expanding roster of content, features and events.
